Why can I not book my service online?
Some services require phone booking to ensure proper coordination. Brazilian wax, couples or dual appointments, and spa parties must be booked over the phone. Please call us at (585) 412-4994 to book today.

Why do we require a credit card on file to book an appointment?
We ask that appointments be guaranteed against late cancellation or rescheduling with a major credit card. When you book an appointment at our Rochester day spa, that time is set aside for you, and missed appointments prevent us from accommodating other clients. If you cancel the day of your appointment, or if you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the treatments scheduled. This policy helps us to retain great employees. If an emergency situation arises, please let us know so that we can treat your specific situation with personal attention.
Is there an age limit at your spa?
All guests 17 years and younger must have a parental consent form signed before their appointment. 13+ for facials with a signed parental release form. 16+ for massages with a signed parental release form and the parent must be present in the room. 6+ for nails.
Can I bring additional guests, young children, or infants?
So that all guests may experience a pleasant and peaceful environment, we ask that only those receiving services accompany you to our spa. RELAX The Spa is known for our luxury, calm, and tranquil environment. To preserve that atmosphere, we do not allow very young children or infants in our spa.
